What you'll do

• Lead and support nursing staff during the assigned shift
• coordinate staffing assignments and nursing coverage
• monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• assist with admissions, discharges, care planning, chart audits, and incident investigations
• coach and develop staff
• participate in quality assurance and performance improvement
• serve as nursing leader on duty when nursing administration is absent.
