What you'll do

• Coordinate client schedules in Well Sky / Access Care
• confirm caregiver shifts and address call-outs and scheduling conflicts
• track caregiver training compliance
• contact inbound leads and schedule in-home consultations
• maintain client and caregiver records
• support compliance with Texas HHS and company standards
• assist with audits.
