What you'll do

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and building equipment
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• complete preventive maintenance
• conduct safety checks, inspections, and system tests
• respond to maintenance requests
• report hazards and check fire and emergency systems
• maintain logs and overnight reports
• coordinate with Front Desk, Security, and Housekeeping.
