The Team Lead – Vehicle Processing Center (1st Shift) is an onsite, full-time role in Ellabell, GA. Compensation is $26.80 per hour. The position supports GLOVIS EV Logistics America’s vehicle processing operations, preparing vehicles for delivery and ensuring they meet standards before leaving the facility. The team lead helps maintain safe, consistent workflow by monitoring performance, supporting training, communicating between team members and management, and ensuring work follows standard operating procedures and safety requirements. Some duties, such as forklift operation, vehicle driving, part installation, loading, processing, and quality checks, may be assigned based on business needs.

What you'll do

• Perform assignments according to SOP and SWIS instructions
• monitor worker performance, targets, and safety standards
• support safety initiatives and team training
• resolve team conflicts and facilitate communication with management
• learn IVELES systems and scanning processes
• ensure team members are trained and performing assigned positions
• follow SOP, SWIS, and safety requirements
• assist with safety audits and quality training as needed
• report issues to management
• fill in across supporting positions as needed.
