What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal sales associates with the Seasonal Area Manager
• lead daily store operations, staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention
• meet sales and performance targets
• train and coach associates
• ensure customer engagement standards
• report performance and employee relations issues
• follow company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention standards
• report workplace injuries
• perform sales calculations and assigned training
• travel locally to other store locations if needed.
