Dental Hygienist

What you'll do

• Provide prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, and cavity-prevention treatments
• chart and update dental history and periodontal health
• record treatment and protect patient records
• assist the dentist
• administer local anesthetics when permitted by the dental practice act.
