What you'll do

• Answer calls professionally
• handle reservation requests by phone, email, and online channels
• maintain knowledge of availability, rates, packages, and room types
• enter and manage reservations in the property management system
• resolve reservation-related guest concerns
• maintain call logs and account files
• coordinate group rooming lists and cut-off dates
• route qualified leads to Sales Managers
• participate in weekly BEO meetings
• coordinate with rooms and sales departments.
