Responsible for supporting daily maintenance operations, and providing oversight for Supervisors and Technicians. Ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, HAZMAT. Ensure maintenance and repairs meet Company, state and federal policies and procedures. Work with supervisors to maximize equipment reliability while minimizing costs.
