The Member Loan Specialist, Consumer Lending role is onsite at Credit Union West's Arrowhead Branch in Glendale, Arizona, following five weeks of full-time training at the Glendale corporate headquarters. Pay is $23.22–$26.39 per hour. Credit Union West serves members through financial products and services. This member-facing role supports lending and account services through consultative conversations, loan processing, and relationship development. It helps members complete consumer loan applications and funding while supporting branch service, compliance, and sales objectives.

What you'll do

• Process and fund consumer loans, including personal, credit card, auto, and home equity loans
• complete loan and title documents
• open, maintain, and close membership accounts
• assist with digital banking and teller transactions
• provide member service and referrals
• support branch operations, audits, cash ordering, and vault responsibilities
• follow compliance and security protocols.

Why this role

Prior consumer lending experience, including loan processing and servicing, and 3–5 years of lending experience at a financial institution are required. NMLS is required. Work availability must cover shifts between Monday and Saturday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.; bilingual ability is preferred.
