What you'll do

• Assist customers on the sales floor and by phone or email
• maintain clean, organized, well-merchandised displays
• manage and fulfill customer orders
• help customers locate and purchase course materials
• stock and merchandise textbooks
• receive and check in merchandise and supplies
• organize back-stock
• prepare outgoing shipments, orders, and returns.
