What you'll do

• Lead crew performance, development, goal setting, safety, quality, and time management
• oversee daily utility pole inspections and reliability tasks
• conduct safety and quality-control inspections
• mentor and train team members
• communicate crew progress and issues to supervisors
• coordinate crew travel accommodations
• participate in pole preparation and treatment, inspections, data collection, excavation, backfilling, and related field work
• maintain assigned vehicles and equipment
• travel extensively as project demands require.
