Hardware Support Technician, Level 2

What you'll do

• Build, image, configure, and provision Windows PCs and Apple Mac devices
• install operating systems, applications, drivers, security tools, and updates
• validate devices before deployment
• prepare equipment for new hires, replacements, refreshes, and rehires
• troubleshoot common imaging and provisioning issues and escalate complex problems
• troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals
• deliver devices and accessories
• recover equipment from departing employees
• receive, tag, track, and update assets
• support inventory counts, reconciliation, returns, redeployment, and retirement.
