Restorative Aide

Job overview

The Restorative Aide role is onsite in Kansas City, MO, with full-time day schedules of 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation is $18–$19.50 per hour. The role supports residents’ mobility, functional independence, and well-being in collaboration with the Nursing Department and Rehabilitation Services.

What you'll do

• Implement restorative programs for residents
• assist with exercises, mobility, range-of-motion activities, and positioning as ordered
• support transitions from skilled rehabilitation to restorative and preventative programs
• communicate resident goals and progress to the interdisciplinary team
• maintain documentation
• train and support caregivers in restorative techniques
• monitor residents with range-of-motion and T&P orders
• assist staff with splints, braces, prosthetics, and self-help devices
• identify restorative needs for new admissions
• and communicate with families about progress.

Why this role
