What you'll do

• Answer phones, greet scheduled guests, and manage the giving inbox
• respond to basic donation and event inquiries
• coordinate donor visits and calendars
• prepare donor briefing packets
• route correspondence
• update donor records in Raiser’s Edge
• draft thank-you and stewardship correspondence
• prepare fundraising materials
• track donor pipelines and follow-ups
• manage mailing lists and department supplies
• prepare meeting materials
• coordinate donor and volunteer event logistics.
