What you'll do

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
• create a welcoming and inclusive classroom
• integrate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy
• maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety
• communicate with parents about children’s progress
• support classroom aides’ growth.
