What you'll do

• Oversee daily mitigation operations and field workflow
• inspect water, fire, and mold damage
• create scopes, estimates, and job plans
• lead and support technicians
• communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal teams
• manage project timelines, budgets, and quality
• ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• oversee equipment setup, moisture readings, photos, and job-site verification
• review job documentation
• monitor KPIs
• assist with inventory and equipment tracking
• participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends.
