The Property Manager II role is onsite in Olympia, WA, at Unity Commons. Pay is $36.06–$40.87 per hour. The Low Income Housing Institute develops and manages affordable housing and supportive housing programs.

What you'll do

• Direct housing management procedures
• supervise, train, and support maintenance and housing staff
• address tenant issues
• maintain safety and emergency plans
• oversee repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and vacant-unit preparation
• monitor budgets, rent collection, payroll, and accounts payable
• maintain tenant files and property records
• report to funders and support compliance with Fair Housing and funding requirements
• attend community, tenant, and HOA meetings.
