What you'll do

• Complete patient databases, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other required documentation
• orient patients to program requirements
• assess and place patients according to treatment phases
• counsel patients in crisis or regarding program compliance
• arrange community referrals
• conduct intakes and group counseling
• collect and test drug screens using chain-of-custody procedures
• and participate in case reviews, supervision, meetings, and training.
