What you'll do

• Coordinate caregiver and client schedules and match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and preferences.
• Maintain records of availability, preferences, and schedule changes.
• Confirm shifts, address conflicts, and communicate updates.
• Coordinate with care management to reflect care plans in schedules, resolve scheduling issues, assist with caregiver recruitment and onboarding, and respond to inquiries.
