What you'll do

• Prepare and review complex income tax returns
• resolve technical tax questions
• provide review feedback that develops preparers
• build client relationships and support client questions and follow-up
• contribute to year-round tax planning
• coach less-experienced staff
• improve handoffs, reduce review bottlenecks, and support new client onboarding.
