What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for R&D teams seeking cloud cost guidance
• monitor cloud and AI/LLM spend for anomalies
• investigate variances and document root-cause analyses
• recommend optimizations
• engage teams in monthly forecasting
• contribute cost-driver information to showback reporting
• support cost-awareness and education efforts
• maintain wiki documentation
• model team cost projections and respond to help requests through Slack, email, and other channels.
