What you'll do

• Process and balance ACH and share-draft files and Federal Deposit reports
• resolve posting exceptions and stop payments
• process debit-card files and returned items
• investigate member disputes involving ACH, ATM, debit-card, and Visa transactions
• fulfill research requests
• process IRA paperwork and tax reporting
• manage deceased-member accounts and escheatment
• complete period-end close processes and reports
• maintain the OnBase document system
• update procedures
• and track technical support cases.
