What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and recommend an appropriate level of care
• facilitate individual development plans and monitor progress
• provide individual, family, or group treatment and crisis intervention
• coordinate care with families, schools, community organizations, and external health agencies
• maintain charts, evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
• complete authorizations and reports
• attend clinical supervision, peer reviews, and staff meetings
• follow confidentiality and clinical policies.
