What you'll do

• Lead cultivation associates performing watering, feeding, defoliating, transplanting, cleaning, and operator-level maintenance
• support sanitation, room preparation, mother plant care, and cloning
• pace work to the grow plan
• maintain plant quality
• apply approved sprays safely
• audit garden rooms
• monitor environmental systems and conditions
• inspect for pests
• maintain plant structure
• handle plant waste under state rules
• maintain production records and seed-to-sale tracking
• coach team members and assist with scheduling and resource planning.
