Water Restoration Lead Technician

Job overview

The Water Restoration Lead Technician role is onsite in Brighton, MI, with stated pay of $18–$25 per hour. The position supports residential and commercial restoration jobs for ServiceMaster Restore. The lead technician monitors restoration work, coordinates assigned technicians, and documents job progress to support safe, quality completion and resolution for customers. The role also communicates with customers and insurance adjusters and maintains records used for insurance reimbursement.

What you'll do

• Retrieve work orders and load required equipment and supplies
• complete restoration jobs according to company processes and carrier standards
• monitor active jobs and manage assigned technicians
• explain work and next steps to customers
• communicate with insurance adjusters
• prepare sketches, scope sheets, and drying records using mobile software
• inspect completed jobs and obtain customer approval
• document work with notes and photos
• address customer issues
• support training of new technicians as needed
• ensure safety standards are followed.
