What you'll do

• Lead commercial mechanical construction operations across the Salt Lake City region
• oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
• manage operational performance, profitability, forecasting, staffing, and business planning
• mentor project and operations leaders
• partner with estimating, preconstruction, business development, and executive leadership to secure work
• maintain client and industry relationships
• improve safety, quality, scheduling, client satisfaction, and financial performance
• support regional growth.
