Donations Processor

The Donations Processor role is onsite in Cedar Park, TX. Compensation is $14–$15 per hour. The role supports Goodwill Central Texas’s mission and values through donor service and donation processing. The position receives and sorts donated goods, moves items to pricing and selection staff, and helps maintain safe, organized store operations. It also supports a welcoming donor and customer experience and contributes to participant training and development.

What you'll do

• Receive and sort donations and purchased goods according to processing guidelines
• move donors through the donation process
• provide customer service
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• assist merchandise pricing and selection staff with material handling
• follow safety and loss-prevention procedures
• use PPE and power equipment responsibly with appropriate certification
• identify and remove recalled products
• support participant training and development.
