Customer Success Architect

Job overview

The Customer Success Architect role is fully remote in the United States. Compensation is $100,000–$170,000 per year, plus bonus. BillingPlatform provides cloud-based revenue lifecycle management software for global enterprises. The architect advises customers on technical and strategic use of the platform, connecting customer business objectives with product capabilities to improve adoption, resolve challenges, and support measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Build customer relationships and serve as a trusted technical advisor
• assess requirements and recommend solutions
• help customers optimize platform use through monitoring and best practices
• conduct customer health checks
• translate technical capabilities into business value
• identify adoption opportunities
• coordinate complex issue resolution with Support, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services
• provide demonstrations and technical guidance.
