What you'll do

• Plan and supervise construction methods, sequencing, staffing, materials, equipment, and schedules
• train and manage foremen and field administrative personnel
• coordinate day-to-day operations through foremen
• maintain project schedules and milestones with the Project Manager
• communicate site issues
• resolve field construction problems
• coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections
• monitor safety compliance and corrective actions
• support incident investigations, quality control, claims, change orders, cost forecasts, pay requests, and closeout
• mentor Project Engineers
• record quantities, time, and daily logs.
