What you'll do

• Oversee staff performance and shift operations
• ensure policy compliance
• report client and staff incidents
• maintain facility security, reports, summaries, and logs
• support recreational activities, habilitation and behavioral plans, client intake, safety, and staff evaluation
• report suspected abuse or neglect immediately.
