The Assistant Retail Manager — Del Mar Campus Store role is onsite in Corpus Christi, TX. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour. The role supports Follett’s campus retail operations; Follett serves schools and students with education technology, services, and print and digital content. The assistant manager supports store operations and sales growth while helping the team deliver customer service and maintain merchandising and operational standards. The role also contributes to team development, cash controls, inventory, and store reporting.

What you'll do

• Supervise and schedule sales team members
• train and onboard new and seasonal employees
• ensure policy and merchandising compliance
• greet customers and resolve escalated issues
• receive and unload orders
• operate registers and store computers
• stock shelves and take inventory
• perform opening and closing as a keyholder
• manage cash, deposits, and reports
• and support shrink prevention.
