Assistant Director of Prospect Management

What you'll do

• Analyze data and present findings
• analyze prospect pools and assign prospects according to department guidelines
• document fundraising metrics and division reporting
• support constituent profile creation
• monitor constituent alerts
• research fundraising initiatives and use wealth screenings and data mining to identify and evaluate prospects for major, planned, and annual gifts
• monitor and report progress toward goals
• keep current with relevant tools and methods
• collaborate on Advancement and Alumni Engagement policies
• safeguard donor confidentiality
• cross-train within Advancement Operations
• perform other assigned duties.
