What you'll do

• Provide basic care including bathing, feeding, activities, and hygiene
• document patient information accurately
• answer call lights and respond to requests
• take vital signs and measure intake and output
• keep designated utility and shared areas orderly
• attend required CPR class, orientation, staff meetings, and in-services
• participate in quality improvement
• inform RN and LVN staff of patient condition changes or requests
• support patient privacy, safety, and confidentiality.

Why this role
