PM Toddler Educator/Caregiver

The PM Toddler Educator/Caregiver role is onsite in Lakewood, TN, with compensation of $13–$16 per hour. The Village Learning Center provides toddler care and learning activities. The caregiver supports toddlers’ daily needs, safety, and development through attentive care, age-appropriate activities, and communication with parents. The role helps maintain a clean, organized classroom and keeps families informed about children’s routines and milestones.

What you'll do

• Assist toddlers with eating and diaper changes
• monitor safe sleep during naps with checks every 13 minutes
• respond to children’s needs
• use the Procare app to update parents about diapers, feedings, naps, activities, milestones, and supplies
• create a monthly activity calendar with at least one TN-ELDS lesson plan each week
• clean the room and bathroom, sanitize toys, and track and restock classroom and cleaning supplies.
