What you'll do

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments using records and clinical interviews
• confer with clinical staff to integrate treatment activities and support care follow-through
• develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans
• make rounds in segregation or other confined housing areas to assess adjustment and treatment needs
• provide counseling and crisis interventions
• consult with psychiatry, mental health, nursing, medical, educational, chaplain, and security staff about behavioral escalation and changes in mental health.
