What you'll do

• Conduct resident assessments and update individualized service plans
• lead, train, coach, and supervise care staff
• create staff schedules
• monitor medication administration and documentation
• review physician orders
• monitor resident health and respond to changes
• communicate with families
• coordinate ancillary services
• maintain records and conduct quality, safety, infection-control, medication, and compliance audits
• respond to emergencies and participate in on-call responsibilities as required.
