What you'll do

• Support pilot-scale plant chemistry and propellant applications for flight programs
• provide technical leadership and guidance to junior chemists
• support energetics facility, equipment, and tooling design
• create and update process plans and procedures
• conduct hazard analyses and chemical testing
• develop test plans, coordinate test ranges and campaigns, and evaluate results
• participate in technical reviews
• reinforce safe material selection, handling, and storage
• coordinate with regulators on licenses and permits.
