What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one employment skills support and coaching
• assist with community and social activities
• provide transportation to work and community activities
• track progress and report relevant changes or concerns
• complete required documentation
• follow safety procedures and maintain confidentiality
• administer medication when the agency nurse determines it is needed, following agency training.
