What you'll do

• Use Abacus to navigate matters, names, and relevant tabs
• retrieve client files and organize case files from transfer memos and binders
• maintain spreadsheets with client, provider, and billing details
• record charges, payments, write-offs, and interest
• interpret PIP, health insurance, and L&I ledgers
• identify and correct record errors
• prepare records requests and balance verification letters
• contact insurers for updated ledgers and information.
