What you'll do

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, masking, taping, and priming
• apply paint and finishes
• assist with or complete apartment turnover painting, touch-ups, repairs, and renovations
• mix and match paint
• protect surrounding surfaces
• set up and break down work areas
• maintain tools and equipment
• assist maintenance team members
• support minor repairs and property improvements
• use mobile work-order systems to document work, status, materials, and photos
• follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
