Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Autism Support is an onsite role in Concord, NC. What you'll do

• Provide structured one-on-one support and companionship
• support sensory needs with activities and calming strategies
• assist with evening bathing and tooth-brushing routines using patient, sensory-friendly approaches
• recognize triggers and use positive redirection and calm de-escalation
• maintain clear communication and accurate daily documentation.
