What you'll do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
- develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
- provide clinical oversight of ABA treatment programs
- supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians and ABA technicians
- analyze progress and modify plans
- provide direct behavioral services when appropriate
- train parents and caregivers
- collaborate with professionals
- maintain compliant clinical documentation.
