The associate helps customers choose suitable food and related products by applying product and pet nutrition knowledge. The role also supports customer relationships, merchandising, housekeeping, inventory, and point-of-sale procedures in the store.

What you'll do

• Engage with customers and their dogs
• recommend meals, treats, supplements, and other products
• learn and apply pet nutrition and product knowledge
• answer questions and educate customers
• maintain customer relationships and provide follow-up
• follow merchandising, housekeeping, inventory, and point-of-sale policies.
