Custodial Services Supervisor

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily custodial assignments, staffing coverage, and service schedules
• train personnel
• inspect work and address deficiencies
• and coordinate turnover cleaning with property managers and maintenance staff. Perform routine and turnover cleaning, maintain equipment and supplies, report damage and safety concerns, assist with budgets and cost estimates, track labor and expenses, and prepare service reports.
