Installation Coordinator

Job overview

The Installation Coordinator role is in person in Phoenix, AZ, and pays $23–$25 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 AM–3 PM, with one Sunday per month depending on business needs. Express Flooring provides residential and commercial flooring solutions and installation. The coordinator manages scheduling, communication, and project tracking across customers, installers, contractors, and internal teams. The role helps keep residential flooring projects on schedule, resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and deliver a smooth installation experience.

What you'll do

• Coordinate installation schedules, customer appointments, and contractor timelines
• support scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and project completion
• communicate with installers, customers, and contractors to resolve issues
• maintain project notes, customer records, and installation details
• build customer and contractor relationships
• support internal teams
• provide customer service throughout projects.
