The Interventional Radiology Technologist — Travel Contract role is onsite in Tucson, AZ, at University Medical Center Tucson. Pay is $2,800–$2,880 per week. The role supports interventional radiology in a high-volume Level I Trauma center. The technologist assists physicians with interventional procedures, including neuro and stroke interventions, and helps maintain procedural safety and patient care. The role contributes to accurate treatment delivery through imaging, patient positioning, radiation safety, documentation, and collaboration with clinical teams.

What you'll do

• Prepare for and assist with interventional radiology procedures
• operate imaging equipment during angiography, fluoroscopy, and diagnostic or interventional studies
• monitor and position patients
• maintain radiation safety and sterile technique
• assist with neuro/stroke and other complex procedures
• educate and support patients before and after procedures
• document procedures
• participate in scheduled call rotation
• float to other campuses as needed.

Why this role

13-week travel contract; four 10-hour shifts Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; call one to two nights per week and two to three weekends per month. Requires two years of interventional radiology experience, neuro/stroke experience, ARRT registration, and BLS; ACLS is preferred.
