• define project scope and monitor vendor performance

• serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders
• build a regional vendor base
• support vendor onboarding and scoring
• coordinate with operations teams
• resolve escalated vendor and client issues
• investigate complaints
• and protect confidential data.
