Teacher’s Aide

The Teacher’s Aide role is onsite with Crystal Springs’ team in Assonet, MA. Pay is $17.50–$19 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500. What you'll do

• Coordinate with the special education teacher to support assigned students during educational, therapeutic, and direct care activities
• assist with eating, toileting, and personal hygiene as needed
• learn state curriculum frameworks
• update and maintain student records
• lead classroom activities during teacher planning days
• observe student progress and provide input during annual summaries and six-month reviews.
