What you'll do

• Travel to facilities across New Mexico for investigations, performance management, training, development, and employee surveys
• advise payroll and HR coordinators and managers on complex or sensitive issues
• address employee relations matters and grievances
• support workforce development, engagement, and retention
• maintain case files and records
• analyze trends and develop retention and engagement plans
• monitor HR practices, regulatory changes, and employment law.

Why this role

Three or more years of HR management experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or relevant experience, is preferred; healthcare experience is also preferred. Travel is required.
