What you'll do

• Maintain agency marketing materials and owned channels
• identify public relations, event, speaking, and sponsorship opportunities
• develop relationships with prospects and search consultants
• maintain pipeline reporting and insights
• coordinate internal contributors
• manage pitch logistics, timelines, research, and materials
• support go/no-go discussions and capture win/loss learnings
• maintain CRM and pipeline tools.
